Reflection
Experience

This module was a transformative experience that significantly enhanced my creativity and personal growth. Balancing creativity with mental health proved to be one of the biggest challenges I faced, especially during my third assignment. It has taught me valuable lessons that have helped me cope with the ups and downs of life while developing the skills to plan and execute events methodically.

Observations
By analyzing the elements that made these designs effective, such as their unique visual style, clear messaging, or creative execution. I was able to pinpoint qualities to adapt and incorporate into my own work. This process encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and boosted my confidence in experimenting.

Findings
Researching successful activities played a key role in increasing my willingness to try new things and take creative risks. By observing how others approach their work, I gain a deeper understanding of the process and improve my focus. Additionally, I became more organized and thoughtful, which improved my productivity and allowed me to approach challenges with a clearer, calmer mind.
