Final Project:
Infographic video animation
Instruction
Task Requirements:
1.Form a group in between 6 - 10 pax
2. All group member MUST be in same tutorial group
3. The first name on the list is the Group Leader
4. Please be responsible and communicate effectively within group members
5. Flip Presentation is a proposal/ pre-production for Final Project.
6. FLIP + FINAL PROJECT topic will be discuss during Tutorial session (F2F)
on Week 1.
Week 1-Form group
In the first week, we were required to form a group in 6 to 10 person and
I have joined a group with 5others which is Wee Lun, Mixhael, Zhe
Kai(Nate), Yick Wai and Razique. After grouping, we discussed
the topic for our video. Since the grouping for each Lecturer have a lot,
Mr. Fauzi have conduct us our presentation date on week 6 as every week
have 3 groups to present their ideas.
Week 2-Research and Findings
In this week we start thinking for topic and since we also working on
other task, we just came our the potential topic and the reason of
redesign the video.

Week 3-Research and consult
The first topic have been choose which is the Hydro. The reasons we have
choose this video is because Hydro electric power is a key renewable energy source, but the video makes it boring
and unengaging. Also it have too much text no visuals.Our goal is to turn this into video where people can actually enjoy and learn something from it .

Week 4- Changes Topic
After some discussion with group and more explanation by our lecturer
about the aim of the tasks , we thing that our video object purpose
have a bit off. The Hydro video is more about scient so is hard for us
to understand the content. Our team mate have come up with other topic
which content revolves around health.

Week 5-Video ideation and sketch
The project topic have been set as 'How exercise Affect Your Muscle'.
We divide the task for each person for further working. Nate & Mic
working for the narration and script, wee lun refine the script to the
storyboard. For further understanding , we do some research on the
benefic on excise.

This week, we presented our ideas to Mr. Fauzi and Mr. Shamsul. They
approved our chosen topic and planning for animation. We started refine our vector and doing Animation. I have refine the vector work and separated each scene per file to Wee lun to make it easy to animate the vectors.

Week 7- Refine Animation and Sound effect addingIn this final week, we making the Animation video and adding sound effect.
ReflectionThis project taught me the importance of patience and persistence. Information design is not just about creating something that looks good; it’s about solving a problem and communicating effectively. I learned to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to remain open to change throughout the process.
Collaboration played a significant role in shaping the final outcome. Sharing my work with peers and instructors provided fresh perspectives and highlighted areas for improvement that I might have overlooked. Constructive criticism was instrumental in pushing the project to its full potential.
On a personal level, this project helped me develop a deeper appreciation for the power of visual communication. It reinforced my belief that good design can make a significant impact by simplifying complexity and fostering understanding.
