Lecture
Week 1:
To start the new semester, we had an online lecture where Mr. Fauzi and Mr.
Shamsul introduced us to the MIB for this module. We were told that we had
to bring the materials to school during tutoring sessions to start
practicing. Additionally, we shared group projects where we had to first
create a group of 6 – 10 students to work with the Project 2 which is
produce an infographic report to present the given information to a ‘target
audience’ with the purpose of:
1. Creating awareness
2. Explaining a process
3. Defining a concept
Mr. Fauzi also taught us different type of infographics which
is :
1. Lists Infographic
2. Statistics Infographic
3. How to Infographic
4. Timeline Infographic
5. Comparison Infographic
6. Map or Location Infographic
7.Flowchart Infographic
8. Process Description Infographic
Week 2:
We started the class with a lecture. Mr. Fauzi introduced us to several
types of infographics and the L.A.T.C.H theory. Organizing information
meaningfully and effectively base on location, alphabet, time, category and
hierarchy.
Exercises 1- Quantifiable Information
-Quantify raw data and visualize information as a photograph
- Visual representation of numerical data that allows for easy
interpretation and analysis.
I used sewing kit set as the items. So as my chosen items are very random I try simple arrangement by divided them into big to small, divided into different materials. After some rough arrangement. I try to label each category into different topic and labels.

Then I sorted it out into different materials and also different
sizes.

My story is that this sewing tool reminded me of when I was staying
at my grandparents' house. I could see my grandmother sewing and her house
was in a kampung so it was filled with the sounds of poultry and insects.

Reflection
Experience
This exercise is really practical and fun. when in exercise I not sure how to arrange the needles and scissors in a way that looked good and made sense, and was a little confused about the differences between sorted and arranging, but trying different layouts helped. I especially like using the Storytelling template because it allows me to be more creative.
At first, I wasn't a bit bored about doing infographic because for me infographic is rearrange the data in a map. I've noticed that organizing data is more fun and creative than I thought. In practice, I can slowly find its benefits and fun in infographic.
